Human Resources ManagerSheerly has been a valued member of the InterServ family since 2014, getting a bird’s eye view of team management and operations working on special projects as Executive Assistant for Co-Founder Udi Rosha. In 2018 Sheerly was appointed HR Manager, focusing in all aspects of human resources to include employee relations, organizational development, compensation & benefits, driving culture initiatives and much more. She received her Masters’ degree in Human Resources from Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School.
Senior Project ManagerWith over 25 years of construction experience, Manager Jason is responsible for developing cost-effective project plans and timelines, selection of subcontractors, and continually improving field operations with innovative construction management techniques while never losing sight of industry fundamentals and quality control. His most important role is serving as main point person for projects, reporting to owners and consultants about progress and any necessary modifications of plans as needed.
ControllerMary is a results driven leader in accounting and finance, with extensive hands on experience in global publicly traded corporations. Mary is proficient in all aspects of accounting, financial planning, budgeting, treasury and investor relations.
Senior Project ManagerFor over 15 years Joseph has managed an array of projects throughout his construction career ranging from ground-up construction, historical renovations, hospitality and military projects. Joseph has utilized his knowledge of building systems coupled with management techniques he has honed throughout his construction career to implement policies and procedures that safely deliver projects on time, within budget, and with unparalleled quality.
At CalAsia, for almost 10 years Bryce worked as a project estimator while also learning about architecture and engineering through practical application. During this time, he was also drafting plans for Design Build clients. In August of 2016 he was promoted to Chief Estimator and a little over a year later, he was also tasked with managing the Design Build Department concurrently.
Chief EstimatorGeorge’s previous experience as a project superintendent was the springboard for his move tostimating in 2000 and has been a seasoned Chief Estimator / Manager of Estimating for over nine years before joining InterServ. He is an accomplished estimator with extensive experience in hospitality and commercial construction and renovation. His experience in high-end general contracting, specializing in hospitality renovations, makes him a valuable asset to the InterServ team.

Eli has been in the real estate industry for almost 30 years. His experience has been providing leadership with many real estate services as well as structuring a sizable real estate portfolio. The breadth of his experience is in most sectors of the real estate industry including hospitality opportunities and services.
Gil has been a developer and principal of many projects throughout the United States for over 40 years. His experience includes construction, re-development and acquisition of real estate covering most product types, including hotels.
